Exhibiting is your chance to reach a national and international market of approximately 2,200 educators, state and federal officials, youth leaders, program coordinators, policy-makers, and representatives from community-based organizations. Conference participants are interested in the latest education, communications, and consulting tools, and techniques to enhance educational programming in K-12, higher education, and community-based organization settings. The Exhibit Hall is the hub of conference activity, providing you with direct access to all attendees.

The Exhibit Hall

The Exhibit Hall is the epicenter of conference activity. Exhibitors get to share their work and wares with approximately 2,200 youth and adults interested in innovative approaches to service-learning, education, youth leadership, volunteerism, and civic service. Hours throughout the conference, including meals and special events, guarantee ongoing traffic.

Exhibit booths are closed during all plenary addresses.

Special Events

Bookstore
The conference bookstore offers a wealth of resources to enhance service-learning and other educational programs. Enjoy the wide variety of titles, including children's literature on numerous social themes and inspiring and informative books for adults. Knowledgeable volunteers will be available to help you make your selections. Books by conference speakers, many of whom will offer signings, also will be available.

Service-Learning Showcase
Thursday and Friday, April 12 and 13, 12:15 p.m.-2:15 p.m.
The service-learning showcase highlights high-quality service-learning projects from across the country and around the world. Showcase participants staff their displays to share information about how service-learning was implemented, how they connected service to curriculum goals, and the impact their projects have had.

College Fair
Thursday, April 12, 12:15 p.m.-2:15 p.m.
Looking for a school after graduation? Colleges and universities from Minnesota and beyond will answer questions at the college fair. Admissions professionals share information about academic programs, campus life, admission requirements, and the service that takes place at their institutions.

Fair Trade Mall
Wednesday, April 11, 6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. and Thursday and Friday, April 12-13, 12:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m.
Space is available during Our World, Our Future at the Minneapolis Convention Center to sell items whose proceeds go directly to an organization or cause. All individuals wishing to sell items must rent a six-foot skirted table from the National Youth Leadership Council. Tables will only be available during limited mealtime hours and are for selling merchandise for a cause only. Individuals or organizations wishing to rent space or pubicize their organizations further should register as exhibitors.
