General Questions

Can I register at the conference?
Yes, you can register on site at the conference as well as online prior to February 20, 2017. Click here for registration information and rates.

What should I wear? What will the weather be like?
Please dress comfortably. Dress for conference events is business casual. Traditional national dress is welcome. March/April temperatures in California are usually 51-76 degrees Fahrenheit with an average temperature of 60 degrees Fahrenheit (15.5 degrees Celsius). Be sure to pack some outdoor clothes to participate in off-site service projects and explore Disneyland©

Are there places to eat near the hotels and convention center?
Yes, there is quite an offering of restaurants and shopping within Disneyland© as well as in the surrounding city of Anaheim.

When will I find out about my scholarship application?
Email notification will be sent out to all applicants by November 25, 2016.

How do I sign up to volunteer?

Hotel Questions

What is the conference hotel?
The conference hotel is the Disneyland© Hotel. The Disneyland© Hotel is where all conference events will be held and it is in-between Disneyland© Park and Disney© California Adventure Park!

How do I make my hotel reservations for the conference?
To receive special conference hotel rates, you must book your rooms directly with the Disneyland© Hotel.

Will my group’s hotel rooms all be on the same floor?
If you require multiple hotel rooms on the same floor, please make that request upon reservation or check-in. Due to the volume of attendees, the hotel cannot guarantee that all rooms will be next to each other.

Can I pay for my hotel with a check or purchase order?
To book a hotel online, you will need a credit card. If you need to pay by check or purchase order, please contact the hotel directly at (714) 778-6600

When will I get my conference badge and materials?
All badges must be picked up on site. Other conference materials will be available at the registration desk.

How do I know what's going on each day?
You can find a schedule and information about conference events in the Schedule at-a-glance section of this website. An electronic copy of conference workshops will be available in January. A conference app will also launch in February, making conference information easily accessible from your mobile device.

Where will the workshops be held?
All of the conference's workshops will be held at the Disneyland© Hotel. On-site, check the mobile app for room details.
