Looking to host a group outside conference hours?  Need some space for a special networking reception?  Limited space is available for organizations to host their own meetings.

Space is subject to availability. Applicants are responsible for all food and beverage orders placed with facility, audiovisual orders placed through the official conference audiovisual company, labor for room re-set, and payment for all services ordered.

Cost for Affinity Meeting Space

$150 Sm/Med Room (1-65 people) per room/per day
$200 Lg/Xlg Room (66-250 people) per room/per day

Affinity meetings will be published in a pre-conference email; listing in this email is optional. Affinity meetings will NOT be listed in the conference app. Primary responsibility for promoting the meeting to potential attendees will be the role of the individual or organization sponsoring the meeting.

Meeting rooms will be set in rounds with one podium, and two six-foot skirted tables at the front of the room, and one six-foot skirted table in the rear of the room. Alterations to the conference room set will be at the expense of the applicant.
